1. Standard Cancellation Policy

To provide our guests with the highest level of service and accommodation availability, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

For Standard Room Bookings:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • One night's charge for cancellations within 48 hours
  • Full payment required for no-shows

For Suite Bookings:

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 72 hours
  • Full payment required for no-shows

2. Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 rooms or more):

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 14 days
  • Full payment required for cancellations within 7 days

3. Special Events and Peak Seasons

During special events and peak seasons:

  • Non-refundable deposit required at booking
  • Full payment required 30 days before check-in
  • No refunds for cancellations during these periods

4. Modifications

Room modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Date modifications within the cancellation period may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

5. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we may offer credit for future stays or alternative arrangements.
